Forrest Gump once said “Life is like a box of chocolates - you never know what you’re gonna get”.  I know bad movie refference but dam if he didn’t get it right.  Everyday we (as consumers) run across business and people we wish we hadn’t.  Customer service that is so bad we just shrug it off as common place - we just take it.  Well I’m tired of it - I’m tired of the crap I have to deal with just because everyone else does.
